We love music and want to help children go through life with music as well.
We founded 4usic so that children can enjoy practicing and music, and face all challenges with open ears and a ready instrument.
We Believe...
- ... that learning an instrument is an enrichment for life,
- ... that practicing must be fun, and
- ... that local lessons with a teacher cannot be replaced.
In over 150 conversations with music-loving children, their parents, and their teachers, one topic kept coming up: Practicing at home is the key point. To ensure the musical journey lasts a lifetime and doesn't fail at practicing, we created 4usic.
Current Status
We are currently in the development phase. But even today, the app is already being enthusiastically used:
Over 50 children already have an account
They have already practiced more than 300 hours with 4usic
They think about practicing on their own and are enthusiastic
About Us
Christian Liebhardt
Christian is currently learning the violin with 4usic and has lessons at the Powerplay Music School. He truly found music as an adult when he discovered the violin (preferably Irish folk music) six years ago in the USA. As a child, he also tried the guitar for a few months but quickly gave up – maybe a suitable app would have helped him stay on track. Before founding 4usic, he studied information technology and worked as a programmer for almost 15 years.
